Hello , I Have Suffered With Gaspritis For About 6/7

Hello , I have suffered with gaspritis for about 6/7 years now I'm only 24, and lately it seems to be getting a lot worse sicking every night not sleeping about a week ago I did have a change in my bowle movements and was having blood coming out in my poo just wondering what could this be and could it be related
