Hello, I Have Swelling And Bloating In My Stomach. It

Hello, I have swelling and bloating in my stomach. It is the size of my fist. I have much pressure and discomfort all the time. It's worse after I eat. I've been having these symptoms for over a year. I was treated for h pylori about 6 years ago, but don't remember the symptoms being this bad. Sometimes when I belch I get the taste of blood. My belches are shallow and not as deep as they used to be. I allways feel as if I just pigged out on a huge Thanksgiving dinner even if I just had a salad.
