Hello, I Have Taken Hcg Injection On 24Sep Around 11:30am

Hello, I have taken hcg injection on 24Sep around 11:30am as suggested by Doctor during Follicular study test on 12th day cycle. We have done intercourse on 24th at 10:00pm & 25th at 3pm. Now the pain at lower abdomen started at 5:30pm.I have taken RantacD Tab as sometimes I used to have gas trouble.but pain was still there so taken Crocin by 8:30 PM...is it OK.?. Pl suggest when to have next course & ultrasound...?
