Hello, I Have Terrible, Chronic, Diarrhea With Bloating And Hyperactive

Hello, I have terrible, chronic, diarrhea with bloating and hyperactive bowel sounds. I am a retired nurse. My PCP is not offered any solution except to go to a "low fiber diet" and Lomotil. This has not worked. Stool is mostly liquid and sticky and happens within minutes of eating anything. Super hyper peristalsis causes lots of embarrassing moments. Need help, please. My PCP is a FNP.
