Hello, I Have The Sudden Urge And Pain Of Having

Hello, I have the sudden urge and pain of having to pee and I can't control if i will pee my pants or not, it sucks. But when I do get to the toilet fast enough, I rarely have any urine come out. And I found little blood clots also. What could this be?
