Hello, I Have These Muscle Spasms That Occur On My

Hello, I have these muscle spasms that occur on my right side just behind my rib cage just under my right breast. I have had an ultrasound to see if it was a gallbladder problem but the results came back negative. Do you perhaps have any other suggestions as to what may be the problem? Thank you!
