Hello I Have This Pain That's Right Under My Tits

Hello I have this pain that's right under my tits and when I breathe hard or rub it. It starts to hurt. I made me feel like I had to throw up this morning but only spit came out. I had all the throw up symptoms but just white spit. It's not from gas or making number 2 that part is all good and working . Do you know what this may mean to you if my information helped
