Hello, I Have Two Ear Infections And They Are Both

Hello, I have two ear Infections and they are both very very bad I went to the medical centre yesterday morning and he gave me eardrops which I use three times a day and put four drops in both ears he also gave me two other medications I've put heat pads on my ears but it doesn't do much Is their another way I can deal with this problem and how long will it take i can't hear at all as well
