I have upper stomach hernia and something to do with pelvic floor nerve. Dr said when I evacuate my rt sd anus & thigh have a deep pain as if it was internal hemorrhoids but Dr said as i evacuate just before it drops down the 90 deg to my anus it irritates this nerve???
