Hello, I Have Vertigo Intensified By Migraines Or Brought On

Hello, I have vertigo intensified by migraines or brought on by the migraine not sure. I am taking the migraine preventatives and MacArthur, plus I am taking prescription meclizine. I am not getting better and unable to see my doctor and scheduled to take flight in two days. Quiet nervous with the dizziness and pressure. Any sudden movement or turn and I'm spinning. Is it ok to fly? Thank you in advance for any advice. Tammy B
