Hello, I Have Very Bad Right Ovary Pain. I Saw

Hello, I have very bad right ovary pain. I saw my doctor Sunday, he said he thinks something isnt right and i need to get an ultrasound which ive booked in for in 2 days.
However, today i am experiencing worse pain, ive had a random blood nose, i feel alot of pressure down in my pelvis, i have a headache and i feel bloated a bit... should i be going to the hospital?
