Hello, I Have Very Painful Aching In My Hand And

Hello, I have very painful aching in my hand and arms. My hands are very cold to touch and red but my knuckles are white/blue colour, it looks as if someone's painted a line across my knuckles. I also seem to be getting a lot of tingling or pins and needles sensation in my fingers as well as numbness. And sometimes find it hard to grip. What could be causing this? I'm 23.
