Hello I Have Weird Little Rash Like Marks On My

Hello I have weird little rash like marks on my stomache and breast. It almost looks like a hickey but it is not. It feels a little rough but is not itchy nor does it hurt. I have had one for about a month hoping that applying lotion to it would make it go away however it has not and today I have noticed others appear on my breast and stomache as they were not there before. I am consistent with the lotions and soaps that I use as well as my detergents and softeners.
