Hello I Have What Appears To Look Like A Birth

Hello I have what appears to look like a birth mark (strawberry patch) on the top of my foot that goes into my 2 middle toes. It does not hurt or brother me. At times it my itch and when I itch it it will flare up and get almost pimple looking bumps....After I shower it turns almost purple but it mainly stays red/blue....it's been there about 2 years it don't spread kinda stays in one spot...any clue? Thank you...I am on my feet all day I am a hairdresser. I thought wearing open toe shoes I caught something so I did try foot cream for a week but saw no change.
