Hello, I Have What Might Look Like Eczema In The

Hello, I have what might look like eczema in the inner corners of both of my eyes,just appearing in the last 3 or 4 days.Redness and some itchiness, too.My eyelids are puffy,too. Brought on by dry air from winter heating in the house, maybe ? Thank you, Sue
