Hello I Haven't Had A Period Since October 29 And

Hello I haven't had a period since October 29 and it ended on the first of november. My breast are VERY sore but I took several test and they was negative I woke up this morning to per and when I wiped it was a little bit of very light pink but that's it. I haven't had it anymore what could cause this
