Hello! I Haven't Had My Period At All This Month.

Hello! I haven't had my period at all this month. Should've had it around the 18 of may.. I took 3 pregnancy test , all came back negative. I have been super bloated as if I was going to start and my face broke out like I was about to start .I cramped a couple of days. I've also been getting cuts on the inside (labia) more frequently. I've always seemed to get them but more this past month . Any suggestions ?
