Hello, I Hit My Arm/elbow Fairly Hard About 2 Weeks

I hit my arm/elbow fairly hard about 2 weeks ago. Since then, I have hit the same spot multiple times. There are no bruises and I can touch the surface all over with no pain. However, I do have pain occasionally (it seems to be deep) which is radiating down to my forearm, hand and fingers and It is difficult to lift/grip at times and my skin is warm/hot to the touch on my forearm.
