Hello, I Hit My Head Earlier Today And The Entire

Hello, I hit my head earlier today and the entire left side of my face and shoulder area became numb, and I lost my hearing for a few minutes. Later on in the day, I realized I was sleeping in one of my classes and went to a place to rest for 40 minutes or so. I have been feeling pretty slow since hitting my head, now my question is, should I go and seek medical attention?
