Hello! I Hit My Shin Quite Hard On A Platform

Hello! I hit my shin quite hard on a platform while trying to perform a box jump yesterday. There was quite a bit of bleeding and a bit of pain, but my concern is an apparent dent in my shin. It makes it tough to walk and put pressure on. Wondering if I should see a doctor, because I dont think anything can be done for it.
