Hello I Hit The Back Of My Head Friday Nite

Hello I hit the back of my head Friday nite in the shower.. What happen was that I blend down 2 get my body wash & on my back up I head that back of my head. Was not cut or no blood.. It's now Tuesday I do get a headache but very very small and that's all.. Could it be me thinking about it 2 much or A sign telling me something??
