Hello I Hit The Back Of My Head Yesterday On

Hello I hit the back of my head yesterday on the top of my refrigerator when I was taking something out. It rattled my head around pretty good and upset my already poor sinuses. Today I feel a lot of sinus pressure and the back of my head is a little sore to the touch and my stomach feels a little queasy. Should I go see a doctor today?
