Hello, I Hit The Left Side Of My Head A

Hello, I hit the left side of my head a couple months ago while loading a truck at work. There was a bump, and some pain, but that was about it. Since then I have been experiencing headaches that seem to be stemming from where I hit my head. I would say it happens about 2-3 times per week. Most times it's a dull ache that is so dull it doesn't even really bother me, but its still there. Sometimes it turns more painful at night or in the morning. Could this be something more serious? Should I go see a doctor? Or is it normal after a bump on the head?
