Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello! I hope you're having a good day. I have been absolutely fine yesterday up until today afternoon. As I was on my way out of the house i had abdominal pains but it was manageable so I thought I'd ignore it. As the car ride progressed (15 minutes), the abdominal pains became extremely sharp and made it hard for me to breathe at all. I also became extremely nauseous and had to throw up despite not having eaten anything yet. I was having cold sweats which makes me assume I also had a bit of a fever. I have not been able to use the toilet at all today (it is too painful). I don't know how related gas is to this. What could this possibly be? Should I be worried? I still feel intense abdominal pain and struggle to breathe or stand straight. Thank you for your time.
