Hello I Hv Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy Since 3 Yrs And

Hello I hv juvenile myoclonic epilepsy since 3 yrs and I was taking tablet Valparin chrono 200 mg BD and now taking it OD since last 1 year. My frequency was once in 4-5 mnths bt since last 3 weeks it has increased to once or twice a week. And I hv joined gym from last 1 month. Is there any side effect of gym? And what should I do now?
