Hello I Injured My Back In The T-10 Area From

Hello I injured my back in the T-10 area from a compression trauma there is a blood blister in the area and I have been told I have a bruise ,they never said where, but MRI showed only blister its been 8 months and has only worsend also pain from T-10 to tailbone including kidneys when on my feet for only 1 hr are my doctors correct or should I seek further help.
