Hello, I just discovered today a red spot on my penis skin. It's in the middle of my penis and about 3mm in diameter. It's painless, non itchy and not bumpy. I haven't have sex in two years, so I doubt it's an STD. I recently started exercising in a gym, could it be from excess sweating?
