Hello, I Just Finished Finals Weeks And Have Been Working

Hello, I just finished finals weeks and have been working 40 hour weeks. I barely slept with studying and to go to work this morning I took half of my 54mg concerta at around noon. I just realized I have an upper endoscopy in the morning around 9:30. I am not prescribed concerta and I don't want to tell my doctor because I had just tried it from a friend because I think I may have ADD and would like to know how it would affect me or if it would even help before I brought it up to my parents. Will the adderall affect my endoscopy tomorrow morning??
