Hello! I Just Found Out That I Have A Liver

Hello! I just found out that I have a liver hemangioma after going to the emergency room with pain in my upper right abdominal area. I no longer have a gullbladder. The doctor said that the tumor does not explain my pain. I'm confused by this and would like to know how this tumor will affect my life, if at all.
