Hello, I Just Got A Sudden Pain In The Right

Hello, I just got a sudden pain in the right side of my neck pretty much on the Adam's apple but only the right side, left side is completely pain free, i don't have a cold or anything and I haven't strained my neck at all this pain just hit me like a ton of bricks maybe an hour ago
