Hello. I Just Got Home After Having Lower GI Hemorrhage.

Hello. I just got home after having lower GI hemorrhage. I had diarrhea the whole time there and was put on a IV drip. I got home late on the 10th and had a bit of diarrhea on the 11th. Since then I had no bowel movement.
Is it something that will resolve itself?
