Hello, I Just Got My Brain MRI Results. Everything Appears

I just got my Brain MRI results. Everything appears to be fine, but there is something I do not understand. It say that there is a prominence of the ventricular system and sulci with nonspecific long TR hyperintensities in the periventricular white matter and centrum semiovale bilaterally. Could you tell me the meaning of it ?.
