Hello, I Just Got Off The Skyla IUD About A

Hello, I just got off the Skyla IUD about a week ago. My husband and I have been using condoms but the last time we did, it came off and the bottom of it was easy to access. It was hanging out barely from the entrance of my vagina. Should I be concerned for the possibility of getting pregnant? This happened yesterday. Thank you
