Hello I Just Had A CT Scan Done On My

Hello I just had a CT scan done on my abdomen and pelvis for bloating and pressure in upper abdomen with occasional diarrhea and contispation
I just got the report today and it says "minimal amount of free fluid in the cul-de-sac, likely physiologic". My report also states that my "uterus appears mildly enlarged. What does this mean?
