Hello, I Just Had A Bowel Movement, And Afterward I

Hello, I just had a bowel movement, and afterward I found a gooey, mucus-like discharge on the tip of my penis(on my urethra.) I'm not sure where it came from, and I'm concerned about it. I have a small toilet bowl so sometimes my penis will touch the inside of the bowl (yuck) but I've never had this before, is this normal? the substance was about the size of an almond.
