Hello I Just Had An Abnormal Ekg. T Wave Abnormal

Hello I just had an abnormal ekg. T wave abnormal with possible left atrial enlargement. Does this sound concerning? I have had chest pain with rapid beat wake me up at night. With the feeling of a lump in my throat. No other symptoms. Had a previous ekg a month before which was normal. I'm a 48 year old female. No other health concerns. Blood pressure running low 112/48.
