Hello, I Just Had Surgery To Remove My Appendix A

Hello, I just had surgery to remove my appendix a month ago, so I'm still having pain in my abdomen and on the right side. My results came back from the ultrasound stating fatty tissues around the liver, and signs of gallstones. Will I need to have surgery to remove the gallstones?
