Hello, I Just Received An MRI Report Which Was Done

Hello, I just received an MRI report which was done for some sciatica pain in my right lower back and right leg...but on the report I see it says that a 5mm T2 hyperdense lesion involving the right anterior mid pole kidney statistically representing a small cyst is seen. I have no other symptoms and I am a 55 year old female. My doctor never mentioned it to me. I am concerned after reading the report. Thank you.
