I just received my blood work and had elevated liver enzyme ALT of 51 (upper limit states 29). Everything else is normal including my urine. I do not drink and I am at a healthy weight. I do not take any prescription drugs other than occasional ibuprofen. In the last month I did suffer from pretty extreme lower back pain but it has healed with therapy. Can you tell me any possible causes?
