Hello, I Just Want To Ask About My Right Knee.

Hello, I just want to ask about my right knee. I stand long periods of time at work. I notice when I sit after work to relax when I get up my right knee hurts an I cannot barely walk or stand up without holding on to something. My question is what do you think it may be?
