Hello! I Keep On Getting These Chest Pains That Make

Hello! I keep on getting these chest pains that make it difficult to breathe. It feels like I need to burp when I get them but I am unable to do so no matter how hard I try. The pain lasts for a few minutes, goes away, then returns. It's a cycle that I am getting tired of. I have been having this problem for nearly 4 years now and it won't go away. Any information or references would be greatly appreciated.
