Hello, I Know I Am Supposed To Read The Back

Hello, I know I am supposed to read the back and instructions of everything i use but i didn't this time. I used dettol for disinfection of a sting, and i used it undiluted. Now the place it's red. I know i burned my skin. I've put bepanten straight away but what can i do further? Please, can you help me?
