Hello. I Know Drinking Alcohol While Taking Anti-biotics Such As

Hello. I know drinking alcohol while taking anti-biotics such as flagyl is not a good thing, but i went to the doctor yesterday with a stomach issue and he put me on flagyl. I only took 1 yesterday at 3 pm and woke up today feeling great and decided not to pick up my prescription for flagyl. Since only taking 1 yesterday, is ok to drink wine after 24 hours of only 1 flagyl?
