Hello. I Know My Left Breast Silicon Implant Has A

Hello. I know my left breast silicon implant has a leak and my Dr is contacting a surgeon. This was this past Friday. This morning I discovered bruising which has been spreading on that breast all day. It is tender and seems to be swelling. Should I go to ER tonight or just wait to call a plastic surgeon in the morning since our hospital doubtfully has one on call?
