Hello, I Live In The U.S. But My Son Currently

Hello, I live in the U.S. but my son currently lives in Ecuador on a mission. He is congested and sick and told me he was given a medicine to take three times a day that is supposed to help. He said it is called triuval . I googled that medicine but cannot find it. Maybe he spelled it wrong? Or maybe it's spelled in Spanish. Do you know anything about this medicine?
