Hello .... I ll explain one course of medication I have to my son please read this and provide your opinion night 7 30 I gave my son sumol plus and again at 11 30 I have given same medicine for high fever but fever did not reduce by morning 2 10 and it was very high 103.5 I gave him meftal p it came Down ... Since then I have been maintaining his temperature only with Crocin ds and only after 24 hr I gave him meftal p in d night since fever was 102 ... Saw a lip swelling in the evening which reduced by night ... Due to some research I found out that this could have caused due to meftal p overdose later I went and checked d composition of sumol plus and meftal p and found out that sumol plus was 50 mg mefenemic acid and meftal was 100 I am worried but the swelling has reduced
