Hello, I Made A Mistake And Relapsed On Meth For

Hello,
I made a mistake and relapsed on meth for the first time in years, but i have no desire to continue use. So i am wondering what i should do to help subside the comedown to insure i do not relapse again. I have some prescribed Lorazapam on hand. What do you suggest I do to help the comedown phase?
