Hello I Missed My Period And I Took 3 Pregnancy

Hello I missed my period and i took 3 pregnancy tests and they were all positive well 3 days ago i started bleeding and i took another pregnancy test last night and it was positive. The bleeding has gotten alittle heavier throughout this week like a period would. I was wondering if that was normal or should i be concerned about a miscarriage?
