Hello I Need Advice And Fast I Am On Day

Hello I need advice and fast I am on day 3 of my 5 lot of antibiotics to treat a uti first diagnosed in Jan 2016. I have pcos I also have unexplained black outs. I have a 11 month old. I am trying everything cranberry tablets regular washing of vagina probiotics ect. Was diagnosed with a kidney infection three weeks ago that has returned. The pain is horrible.

What do I do ?
