Hello, I Never Thought I Needed To Tell My Doctor

Hello,
I never thought I needed to tell my doctor about body aches in the hips, shoulders, or where ever when I have chest pains. are these things possibly related?
I have had a blood test and ultra sound and in the findings I luckily have not had a heart attack but am unsure what happened.
The doctor put me on a heart burn medicine now has taken me off that and has given me an inhaler
